Stainless steel round-plate filter presses are specifically designed to meet high hygiene and cleanliness requirements. Thanks to their high hygiene standards, they can be used for plasma separation, protein extraction, and the clarification of filtered vaccines and antibiotics.
The entire filter press with round stainless steel plates is made of high-quality 1Cr18Ni9Ti or 304, 306 stainless steel. It features a polished surface, filter cloth or membrane filtration, and stainless steel seals and pumps. The filtration temperature can reach over 200 °C. It is particularly suitable for separating solids and liquids in laboratory settings, as well as in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, herbal extraction, food production, and cosmetics.
The use of cardboard for precise sterilization allows for the filtration of all types of medicinal beverages and wine, ensuring a sterilizing effect. Advantages

The filter plate is made of pure SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel and features a threaded design; depending on the user’s specific products, various filter media can be installed in it (e.g., microporous filter membrane, filter paper, filter cloth, clarifying plate, etc.) ; The sealing ring is made of two types of rubber: silicone and fluorinated (resistant to acids and alkalis), preventing leaks and ensuring a good seal.
The machine can be equipped with filter plates made of stainless steel or polypropylene.
