PA/PE Micropore filter

Description

PA/PE micropore filter is a high precision rating of fine filtration equipment. The filter mainly uses PA/PE micropore filter cartridge sintered from macromolecular materials as the filter medium, with high filtration precision rating, the filter element can be regenerated and long lifespan. The PA/PE micropore filter adopts a fully enclosed filtration method, and it can equipped with pneumatic valves and PLC, which has a high degree of automation compared with ordinary filter.

"The filter generally does not drain the residue, but mainly intercepts impurities and returns the thick slurry. The viscosity of the material is preferabl y lower than 30CP and not too sticky. Solid content less than 0.5%."

Filtration processing

PA/PE micropore filter (microporous precision filter) is the process of separating solid particles from fluid. The basic principle is: under the action of pressure difference, the solid-liquid and gas-solid two-phase mixture is forced through the porous medium (Filter tube), solid particles are trapped on the medium, so as to achieve the purpose of separation of liquid gas and solid.

The difference between PA and PE

The polymer PE sintered pipe uses high-quality ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as the main raw material, and the product is pure white. The PA microporous filter tube is made of composite materials such as activated carbon fibers of the corresponding mesh number added to the PE material, and the product is pure black. The temperature resistance of PE filter cartridge is 80℃, and that of PA filter cartridge is 120 °C.

• The chemical properties of the PA/PE microporous tube filter element are very good, acid resistance, alkali resistance, aldehyde resistance and aliphatic hydrocarbon resistance; it is resistant to organic solvents such as ester ketone and ether below 80 °C;
• Temperature resistance: Microporous PE medium: temperature resistance ≤ 80 degrees; microporous PA medium: temperature resistance ≤ 120 degrees.
• The filtration accuracy of the microporous filter can reach 0.1μm; the particles above 0.3μm are filtered at one time, and the particles below 0.3μm need to run for a short time, and then form a filter layer;
• Closed filtration, safe production, no odor overflow, to ensure clean production;
• Fast gas backflushing and slag discharge at the same time regenerates the filter element;
• There is a pneumatic slag discharge port at the bottom of the equipment, which can realize rapid start-up and shutdown, fast gas backflushing to remove slag and regenerate the filter element at the same time, which is convenient and fast to clean;
• According to the requirements, a thermal insulation jacket can be provided outside the machine body, and the inner wall of the machine body is lined with an anti-corrosion material layer.
