Introduction

The customer runs a edible oil workshop, mainly filtering peanut oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil, etc. The oil from the oil press and has many impurities. In order to reach get clear and bright oil and sell, The oil must be filtered, because in the oil has too much impurities, so it is necessary to use two stage filtration .

Solution

This project include bag filter housing 1p4s+ cartridge filter housing Lx20-7 and gear oil pump.

First, use the gear oil pump to pump the oil into the bag filter housing , and then go into cartridge filter housing. Use the pressure filtration of the pump to filter impurities. The impurities is blocked in the filter bag and cartridge.
