Solution introduction

The customer is engaged in eel farming, and a lot of fish feces has been piled up on the site. In order to meet the environmental requirements and recycle fish dung as fertilizer, the filtered water can be recycled, so it is necessary to filter fish feces. Now the filter press is needed to treat the fish feces.

Solution

First, use the submersible sewage pump to pump the fish feces into the pp regulating tank, and then add PAC and pam for treatment. The screw pump pumps the material to the filter press for filtration. The membrane filter press has the function of secondary pressing, which can effectively reduce the water content of filter cake.

Relative equipment

This project include submersible sewage pump, vertical press centrifugal pump, feeding pump, PP regulating tank with mixer, xmgz30/870 membrane filter press.

Notes

1. If feeding pump choose screw pump, it must use Variable frequency motor. In order to control feeding pressure.
2. Breeding manure industry must choose membrane filter press. Ordinary chamber filter press is not suitable, because it can’t press cake.
