Solution introduction

The customer is a tunnel engineering company and they are seeking for a filter press equipment for tunnel sludge treatment process, flow rate between 100 – 150 m³/h . The customer is about to process the tunnel sludge, let the waste water become clean and recycling use, the cake need to be landfill.

Solution

This tunnel sludge is easy to process. According to customer flow rate requirement, we recommend 2 sets high pressure XMZ450/1500 chamber filter press. And we choose Slurry pump as feeding pump. Automatic control feeding, discharging. We received customer good feedback, they are very happy this product.

The filter press equipment can convert all waste slurry into filter cake and clean water, and clean and separate the sand and gravel in the sludge, which can greatly reduce the amount of sludge and sludge transported outside.
