Description
Yuwei Three-stage filter is a cost-efficient and energy-saving filter, the filter housing made of food grade stainless steel. It’s been using for pharmaceuticals, beverages, beer brewing, vinegar, chemicals, etc.
Three-stage filtration
- The first stage is a pre-filtration filter, it mainly intercepts particles from the liquid, it usually is a bag filter, the filter bag is selectable with various fabric. PP, PE, PA and so on.
- The second stage usually is for purifying the liquid, there are different filters selectable, PP melt-blowing cartridge filter, diatomaceous earth filter, membrane stack filter and so on.
- The third stage is for sterilize the liquid that will remove 99.9% bacteria in the liquid, the filter can be selected a pleated cartridge filter, sheet filter. The filter rating 0.22 or 0.45 microns is suggested.
Product Structure
Skid mounting design
The whole Three-stage filter system will be installed on a 4-wheeled frame, it will easily move in client’s factory for different requirements. There is just one feed pump that drive the liquid through these three filters, it will save electricity cost by comparing with the 3 pumps separately.
Reminder System
The filter system will be equipped with a control cabinet, timers, pressure difference switches. They will stop the pump when the pressure difference is over the limit to avoid pump overload. Also, it will remind the worker to change the filter element in a timely and protect the damage caused by over-pressure.
Multi-stage filtration
Skid-mounted filter
Two stages of multi-bag filter, suitable for high flow rate requirements, the flow rate 20m³-180m³ can be selected.
Trolley-mounted filter
The combination of bag filter and cartridge filter is classic, it's effective and efficient. The four-wheeled trolly is convenient for moving in workshop.
Frame-mounted filter
This type of filter can be designed 4 or 5 stages filters with pumps and PLC cabinet, it's smart and space-saving. Especially for water filtration, it's one-stop solution.
